Annual Convention Recap
The WSSP annual convention was held in Yakima at Hilton Garden Inn on Nov 3-4. It was well attended and many good speakers presented on sheep production and ag information from a legislative standpoint. Producers shared success stories and challenges and reports were given on national sheep initiatives as well. Friday was the annual general meeting with committee reports and officer elections.

On Friday evening after dinner, awards were presented and the Legislative & Benefit Auction was held. This is always a fun event.

An ag-centered tour on Saturday was a highlight of the weekend followed by speakers finishing out the the afternoon.

The board gathered on Thursday evening and Sunday morning to prepare for the event and the upcoming year. As information becomes available, the calendar of events will be updated for 2024.
